Is the decline of the Latino community bad news for the US?
- The research shows the annual average growth rate for Latinos from 2007 to 2014 was 2.8% down from 4.4% between 2000 to 2007 and a dramatic decrease from the 1990's when it was at 5.8%.  Experts say economic opportunities elsewhere - including Mexico - are a factor.
